How do you ensure it's perfect?


Our artisans then begin to handcraft it into a custom figurine. To guarantee you love the result, we work closely with you and ask for your approval at every single stage, from the initial concept to the final sculpture.

When does the keepsake arrive?


Once you give the final 'yes', your keepsake will be in your hands in about 9-10 days for UK deliveries. That timeframe includes our 7-day period for magical finishing touches and its journey to you with Royal Mail.
