OstanesKids operates this store to provide you with a curated, custom shopping experience. As we specialize in transforming 2D artwork into 3D keepsakes, this policy outlines how we handle your personal details and the creative content you share with the Forge.

In addition to standard contact and financial details, we collect:

  • User-Provided Content: This includes the drawings, sketches, and images you upload to our site.

  • Communication Records: Any details shared via our Live Chat, WhatsApp support, or email.

2. How We Use Your Artwork

The images you upload are processed solely for the purpose of creating your custom figurine.

  • 3D Modeling: Your images are shared with our design team and stored securely on our modeling servers.

  • Retention: We retain your uploaded artwork for 90 days after your order is completed. This allows us to easily forge a replacement if your item is damaged in transit. After this period, raw image files are archived or deleted from our active production servers.

  • Showcasing: We may take photographs of your finished 3D figurine for our gallery or social media. If you prefer that we do not share images of your finished piece, please contact the Wizard at the address below.

3. Children’s Data & Safety

While our products are inspired by children’s drawings, our Services are intended for use by adults (parents/guardians). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us for immediate deletion.
