Snap a clear photo of their art, it can be a doodle, a detailed sketch, or a colourful school project, and upload it on the product page.
Step 2: Record Your Voice Message
After you complete your order, we'll send you an email with simple instructions. Just record your heartfelt audio message on your phone and email it back to us.
Step 3: We Sculpt the Magic
Our artisans digitally sculpt and 3D-print the character, paint it entirely by hand, and finish it with a durable, satin-clear lacquer for protection.
Step 4: Unbox the Wonder
A one-of-a-kind figurine, holding your special message, arrives at your door, built to last and made with care.

Materials & Craftsmanship
Material:
Material: Each figurine is 3D printed using a durable, plant-based PLA or a high-quality resin. Both materials are RoHS compliant and certified non-hazardous.
Finish: Your figurine is created using a complete system of high-quality materials. It is prepared with a non-hazardous primer, meticulously hand-painted with professional-grade acrylics, and sealed with a durable varnish for lasting colour and a smooth finish.
Detailing: Our artisans carefully craft every feature, from the wobbliest line to the biggest smile, to perfectly preserve the unique spirit and charm of the original drawing.
Safety: We build our keepsakes with safety in mind. The core material (PLA or Resin) is RoHS compliant, and the surface coatings (the paints and varnish) are certified as "toy-safe" under the EN71-3 standard. While it is made with safe materials, please remember this is a decorative art piece, not a toy.
How long will it take to get my customised figurine?
Each customised figurine is made to order and takes 7 business days to complete. After production, shipping within the UK takes an additional 1–4 business days. For international orders, shipping can take between 6–20 business days depending on the location.
What is your refund policy for custom figurines?
Because each figurine is custom-made for you, full refunds are not possible once production begins. We get your approval at each stage of the process to ensure you are happy with the piece. Refunds are not offered for issues such as a change of mind or minor differences in artistic interpretation.
What if my figurine arrives damaged?
If your figurine arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or partial refund. To be eligible, you must email wizard@ostaneskids.com within 7 days of delivery. You will also need to attach a clear video of the unboxing that shows the problem.
Do you ship outside the UK?
For now, my magical creations are only available for delivery within the United Kingdom. I am still figuring out the peculiar enchantments required for international shipping, so please check back in the future!
