Step 1: Upload Their Drawing
Snap a clear photo of their art, it can be a doodle, a detailed sketch, or a colourful school project, and upload it on the product page.
Step 3: We Sculpt the Magic
Our artisans digitally sculpt and 3D-print the character, paint it entirely by hand, and finish it with a durable, satin-clear lacquer for protection.

Materials & Craftsmanship
Material: 3D printed using durable, plant-based PLA (RoHS compliant and entirely non-hazardous).
Finish: Prepped with safe primers, hand-painted with professional-grade acrylics, and sealed with a lasting varnish.
Detailing: Artisan-crafted to perfectly preserve every wobbly line and big smile from the original drawing.
Safety: All paints and varnishes are certified "toy-safe" (EN71-3 standard). Note: While we use the safest materials possible, this is a decorative keepsake, not a playable toy.
How long will it take to get my customised figurine?
Each customised figurine is made to order and takes 7-10 business days to complete. After production, shipping within the UK takes an additional 1–4 business days. For international orders, shipping can take between 6–30 business days depending on the location.
What is your refund policy for custom figurines?
Because each figurine is custom-made for you, full refunds are not possible once production begins. We get your approval at each stage of the process to ensure you are happy with the piece. Refunds are not offered for issues such as a change of mind or minor differences in artistic interpretation.
What if I don't like the 3D design?
We model the 3D file to exactly match your sketch (if we need to tweak a pose slightly for structural strength, we will consult you first). During the process, we send you a side-by-side comparison render of our model and your art. If you still don't love the result, we will send you the 3D file to keep (because it's your character) and refund 80% of your total price.
What if my figurine arrives damaged?
If your figurine arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or partial refund. To be eligible, you must email wizard@ostaneskids.com within 7 days of delivery. You will also need to attach a clear video of the unboxing that shows the problem.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship our magic to a select list of countries: the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. We are working hard to safely expand our shipping to the EU and other regions in the future!
