How does the DIY version work?
Step 1: Upload Their Drawing
Snap a clear photo of their art, it can be a doodle, a detailed sketch, or a colourful school project, and upload it on the product page.
Step 2: Record Your Voice Message (for Figurine with Voice Message)
After you complete your order, we'll send you an email with simple instructions. Just record your heartfelt audio message on your phone and email it back to us.
Step 3: We Sculpt the Magic
Our artisans digitally sculpt your character and 3D-print it using a durable, plant-based plastic. We then carefully polish it, creating a smooth, ready-to-paint surface.
Step 4: Unbox Your Canvas
A one-of-a-kind, unpainted figurine, holding your special message, arrives at your door, primed and ready for your family's creative touch.
Are paints and brushes included?
Paints and brushes are not included with the DIY version. This gives you the complete freedom to use your own favourite colours and tools. We recommend using standard, non-toxic acrylic paints, which are widely available in any craft store.

Materials & Craftsmanship
Material: Each figurine is 3D printed using a durable, plant-based PLA or a high-quality resin. Both materials are RoHS compliant and certified non-hazardous.
Finish: Your figurine arrives as a perfectly prepared canvas. It is meticulously sanded, polished to a smooth finish, and coated with a layer of high-quality, non-hazardous primer, making it ready for your family's creative touch.
Detailing: Our artisans carefully craft every feature, from the wobbliest line to the biggest smile, to perfectly preserve the unique spirit and charm of the original drawing.
Safety: We build our keepsakes with safety in mind. The core material (PLA or Resin) is RoHS compliant, and the primer we apply is certified non-hazardous. For your painting project, we recommend using non-toxic, water-based acrylic paints. Please remember this is a decorative art piece, not a toy.
How long will it take to get my customised figurine?
Each customised figurine is made to order and takes 4-7 business days to complete (this includes sculpting, printing, and polishing). After production, shipping within the UK takes an additional 1–4 business days.
What is your refund policy for custom figurines?
Because each figurine is a custom-made piece based on your unique drawing, full refunds are not possible once production begins. We get your approval on the 3D sculpt to ensure you are happy with the design before we create the physical item.
What if my figurine arrives damaged?
If your figurine arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or partial refund. To be eligible, you must email wizard@ostaneskids.com within 7 days of delivery. You will also need to attach a clear video of the unboxing that shows the problem.
Do you ship outside the UK?
For now, my magical creations are only available for delivery within the United Kingdom. I am still figuring out the peculiar enchantments required for international shipping, so please check back in the future!
