Snap a clear photo of their art, it can be a doodle, a detailed sketch, or a colourful school project, and upload it on the product page.
Step 2: Record Your Voice Message
After you complete your order, we'll send you an email with simple instructions. Just record your heartfelt audio message on your phone and email it back to us.
Step 3: We Sculpt the Magic
Our artisans digitally sculpt and 3D-print the character, paint it entirely by hand, and finish it with a durable, satin-clear lacquer for protection.
Step 4: Unbox the Wonder
A one-of-a-kind figurine, holding your special message, arrives at your door, built to last and made with care.

Material: Each figurine is 3D printed using PLA, a durable, plant-based plastic derived from corn starch.
Finish: Hand-painted with professional-grade acrylic paints and sealed with a satin-clear lacquer for smoothness and lasting colour.
Detailing: Every feature is carefully crafted to preserve the spirit of the original drawing.
Safety: Made from non-toxic materials, suitable for display and gentle handling. Not intended as a toy.
How long will it take to get my customised figurine?
Each customised figurine is made to order and takes 7 business days to complete. After production, shipping within the UK takes an additional 1–4 business days. For international orders, shipping can take between 6–20 business days depending on the location.
What is your refund policy for custom figurines?
Because each figurine is custom-made for you, full refunds are not possible once production begins. We get your approval at each stage of the process to ensure you are happy with the piece. Refunds are not offered for issues such as a change of mind or minor differences in artistic interpretation.
What if my figurine arrives damaged?
If your figurine arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or partial refund. To be eligible, you must email wizard@ostaneskids.com within 7 days of delivery. You will also need to attach a clear video of the unboxing that shows the problem.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide to regions including the USA, Canada, and Australia. However, we currently do not offer shipping or services to EU countries. Please be aware that international customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
